The scope of our services arises from the needs of the Client

We offer foreign entities consulting on legal provisions applicable in Poland, representation in
legal actions, court and administrative proceedings.

Collection of receivables from debtors who have their registered offices or property in Poland
constitutes an integral part of our activity in the scope of legal assistance.
By dint of a long-term co-operation with the biggest debt collection agencies in Poland we have a wide
and extensive experience in amicable, court and enforcement debt recovery.
We advise our Clients how to secure the received payments already at the stage of concluding an agreement
with the contractor. We provide assistance in recovering debts during mediation between creditors and debtors.
In the event of lack of agreement we represent our Clients in court and enforcement proceedings. We also provide assistance in bankruptcy proceedings.

Specialized legal and economic translations in English constitute a significant extension of our offer.

Mr Michał Pietrzyk – legal counsel who runs the Office speaks English and Spanish fluently. We are therefore prepared to provide services for our Clients from abroad.
The obligation of professional secrecy resulting from Code of Professional Conduct is the foundation of mutual trust between the Client and the legal counsel. It’s also the basis for proper provision of legal services.

This obligation refers to any information obtained form the Client with regard to provision of legal assistance.
